The Lilydale Youth Hub needs your help.
The Hub was funded in 2019 for a three-year period, which ends in 2022. This means we will be closing in December unless we can secure further funding.
We need to convince the government to continue funding this vital service, so that the young people of the Yarra Ranges have a dedicated service to support them with their mental health and wellbeing.
The Lilydale Youth Hub has made a big difference to the lives of hundreds of young people and their parents in the Yarra Ranges, helping them with their mental health and wellbeing, and connecting them to the services and care that helps them to thrive.
Youth mental health is a major concern for the community and now is not the time to let a service like the Lilydale Youth Hub close.
What we are doing:
We are working hard to make sure the Hub continues providing services and support to the young people of the Yarra Ranges.
We are currently contacting MPs and Government departments, that can help us lock in our future funding. Hearing from the community about the importance of youth focused-mental health support will really make an impact on the decision makers.
Act today so we have time to get your messages to the people who make funding decisions. You can do this using the online form below.
How you can help
We need to let the government know how important the Lilydale Youth Hub is to the Yarra Ranges community, and there is no better person to tell that story than you.
You can leave a message of support in the form below. We will collect everyone’s stories and messages of support and send them on to Government MPs, government departments, and the media.
You can write a little, or you can write a lot – the important thing is that you are raising your voice to support the Hub and youth mental health support in the Yarra Ranges.
