Young men are far less likely to reach out for emotional support when they need it.
Our new group for male-identifying young people in the Yarra Ranges is the perfect way to come and connect with peer workers, mental health specialists and other young guys in a relaxed, nonjudgmental environment.
The sessions run weekly and aim to give you information about mental health and wellbeing, including a focus on how to manage feelings of anger and frustration.
You’ll learn coping strategies, how to regulate, talk about how you feel, and get a better understanding of mental health and all the skills you need to feel happy and healthy.
Wednesdays from 4pm-5.30pm
Location: Lilydale Youth Hub, 5/9 Clarke St, Lilydale
The sessions are free to attend.
For more information email our Peer Support Worker, Mark: firstname.lastname@example.org, or call the Hub on 9757 8777.
